Job Description
We are seeking LVN’s for 12 hour shifts in a compassionate and culturally rich environment. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, life, vision insurance, and paid-time off.
About the Role
We are a skilled nursing facility offering a family-like atmosphere with support in multiple languages. We are currently accepting walk-in interviews at 500 Care Ln, Aztec, NM 87410, USA.
Responsibilities
- Maintains proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
- Makes nursing diagnoses and collaborates with the healthcare team.
- Monitors assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Administers medications and monitors patient conditions.
- Ensures compliance with state and facility safety procedures.
- Uses nursing equipment and supplies according to facility guidelines.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred but not required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
