Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to promote excellent patient outcomes
- Oversee clinical operations and mentor staff
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Serve as a calm, effective problem-solver for staff and residents
Qualifications
- Valid, active New Jersey RN or LPN license required
- LTC experience required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Reliable, communicative, dedicated, and hardworking
- Strong team player with effective coaching and leadership skills
- PointClickCare experience preferred
- Computer proficient
Compensation
- RN licensure: $45–$50/hour
- LPN licensure: $39–$41/hour
