About the role

We are seeking homecare nurses for a Wednesday schedule (9am–5pm) in Chicago, IL 60639. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license.
• Current CPR certification.
