About the role

Homecare Nurses needed for day shift in Addison, IL on Thursdays from 8:00am-8:00pm. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately. No pediatric or home care experience required.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active IL Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification
