About the role
Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and two nature-based facilities serving more than 4,000 students annually. Monticello consistently ranks in the top 50 school districts in the state as measured by a number of organizations and metrics, and performs above the state average in graduation rates, test scores, and early college opportunities. Under the direction of the Licensed School Nurse, responsible for health care services, medication administration, and maintenance of health records within the building(s) of assignment and in accordance with District policies and procedures.
Qualifications
License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse from Minnesota Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification for the Healthcare Professional and current First Aid certification.

- Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families.
- Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred.
Pay
Hourly Substitute Rate: $21.73/hr ($19.75/hr + 10% differential)
