Schedule
- Full-Time shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Part-Time (Weekends Only): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay
- $4,000 sign-on bonus for new Full-Time hires
- Hourly range: $38.00 – $50.00 (based on experience and incentives)
- Shift differentials: $1.00 extra for 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- All-inclusive option (Full-Time only): Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 per hour
- Daily pay available
About the role

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the RN/LPN Supervisor supports daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
- Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
- Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
- Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
- Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
