About the role
Join our homecare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide personalized patient care in a calm, low-interruption environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care at patients' homes
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
- Administer treatments and medications
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Educate patients confidently about their care
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred 1+ year of experience
