RN/LPN – Patient-Focused Care – Skilled Nursing – Day and Night Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident.

Essential Duties

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR)
• Communicate effectively with CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Support and supervise nursing assistants as needed during the shift
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Kentucky
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home environment preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable)
• Commitment to professional, compassionate resident care
