RN/LPN Part Time Days or Evenings

About the role

• 1-2 evenings per week: 4 pm – 11 pm
• Flexible scheduling on Fridays: 6 am – 4 pm
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately
• No pediatric or home care experience required

Responsibilities

• One-on-one patient care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• Current CPR certification
