RN/LPN Overnight Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for a private duty nursing role providing one-on-one care to an adult male patient with a G-tube in Concord, NH.

Responsibilities

• G-tube care and management
• Medication administration
• Overnight monitoring and assessments
• Performing skilled nursing interventions as needed
• Accurate documentation of care provided

Schedule

Consistent overnight hours from Thursday through Sunday, 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM, within a welcome home environment with dedicated living space for personalized care.
