About the role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for private duty, 1:1 in-home care.
Responsibilities
- Providing personalized patient care in a home setting without facility ratios
- Delivering flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts
- Ensuring consistent patient assignments and delivering high-quality clinical support
Qualifications and Skills
- Current licensure as an RN or LPN
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
