About the Role

Provide compassionate nursing care, follow comprehensive care plans, supervise direct care staff, and assist with accurate documentation to ensure quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols, including exposure to blood and body fluids.

Requirements

• Current licensed nurse in Indiana (RN or LPN)
• Professional appearance and caring attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
• Must pass pre-employment screening and physical exam

• Proficiency in medication administration
• Understanding of resident needs
• Demonstrated leadership and good judgment
