About the role
Supports healthcare facilities in providing quality patient care. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and according to medical orders.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare providers.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility needs.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans and updates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of pharmacology and medication administration.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
