About the role
Provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Assist patients with daily activities and monitor their health status.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to supervising nurses.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation as needed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as an RN or LPN.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols.
