RN/LPN: Monday-Friday Day Shift

About the role

Homecare Nurses needed for day shifts in Bartonville, IL. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately.

Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. No pediatric or home care experience required.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one patient care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• Current CPR certification
