RN/LPN: Monday-Friday Day/Night Shift

Schedule

• Monday-Friday day shift: 10:30am–6:30pm
• Monday-Friday night shift: 11:00pm–7:00am
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• Current CPR certification
• No pediatric or home care experience required
