Brief Description

Holland Home has a long-standing, well-earned reputation for providing high quality care! We are seeking to add an RN/LPN to our Staffing Resources team of nursing professionals who fill in the staffing needs on our 2 campuses in Grand Rapids plus our beautiful Faith Hospice residence called Trillium Woods. This position commits to covering open shifts averaging 24-32 hours per week, working during the weekends. Staffing Resources is Holland Home's own internal staffing agency, and a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility!

Position Overview

• Diverse work environment: floating between units and facilities as needed
• Manageable workloads with excellent nurse: patient ratios
• Staff are only required to travel within the Holland Home System
• Eligible for all sponsored benefits, including 403b when maintaining 32+ hours!
• Ensure you have reliable transportation to accommodate floating between locations

Schedule Overview

• Currently accepting applications for 3rd shift (10:30am-7pm)
• This position commits to cover open shifts averaging 24-32 hours per week
• Flexibility with your schedule
• Choose your holiday rotation; only two holidays required per year: July 4th & Thanksgiving | Memorial Day & Christmas | Labor Day & New Years

Compensation

• Enjoy competitive premium pay rates
• $2.00 Weekend shift differential
• $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift & $1.25 shift differential for 3rd shift
• Options for OT and/or picking up additional shifts as available
• Receive double pay for holidays worked; or 8 hours of pay on holidays not scheduled
