About the role

RN/LPN Staffing Resource Float position covering open shifts averaging 32‑40 hours per week across Holland Home’s two Grand Rapids campuses (Raybrook Manor and Breton Woods) and the Faith Hospice residence at Trillium Woods. Holland Home is Michigan's largest non‑profit provider of senior services, offering a full continuum of care and a strong Christian mission of serving with love and compassion. The role involves floating between units and facilities as needed, with travel limited to the Holland Home system. Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Float between units and facilities to meet staffing needs
• Maintain manageable workloads with excellent nurse‑to‑patient ratios
• Travel only within the Holland Home system
• Ensure reliable transportation for floating between locations
