RN/LPN Evening Shift

About the role

Homecare Nurses needed for day or evening shifts in Pontiac, IL. Shifts are 3-4 days per week, with the following hours available:

• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Monday–Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

No pediatric or home care experience required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• Current CPR certification
