Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provides nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment, individual plan of care, as authorized by client's payer source.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate.
- Monitor patient's conditions including fluid intake, output, and compose patient charts.
- Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities.
- Provide emotional support.
Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Prior Experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent Care preferred.

Schedule
- Mondays-Fridays: 6:00pm-11:00pm.
- Tuesday, Friday-Sunday: 7:00am-7:00pm.
Pay
$30 - $35 per hour.
