What You’ll Do

As a Nurse Supervisor, you’ll lead clinical operations during your shift and ensure excellent care delivery across the facility:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
• Deliver and supervise high-quality resident care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes
• Act as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Mentor, coach, and support nursing team members
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to care standards
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
• Help manage staffing efficiently to reduce overtime and agency usage
• Lead shift meetings and provide updates to the Director of Nursing

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state (required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
