RN/LPN - Charge Nurse (2nd Shift)

About the role

You will provide nursing care to residents consistent with their care plan. This includes passing of medications, taking vitals, completing related documentation, and participating in the care plan process.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications to residents
• Take vitals
• Complete related documentation
• Participate in the care plan process
• Guide nurse aides on your unit

Qualifications

• Licensed to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and serving others
• Able to effectively communicate with other staff, providers, patients, and patient families
• Able to work with and provide guidance to a dedicated team
• Able to properly chart patient information and contribute to medical records as needed
