RN-LPN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team. The nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with providers and staff to ensure effective treatment and quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform assessments and document all nursing interventions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and wellness practices.
• Uphold infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Ohio.
• Previous nursing experience in [behavioral health, substance use treatment, medical-surgical, or applicable specialty] preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
