About the role

Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood is seeking full-time and part-time Wellness Nurse's RN and LPN to join their outstanding and compassionate nursing team. Positions are available from 11pm-7am or 7am-3pm (24 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality nursing care to residents in the “neighborhoods”.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Assist with daily living activities and medication management.
• Participate in shift handovers and ongoing care planning.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to support nutritional needs.

Requirements

• Nursing License required for RN and LPN positions.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• MA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of memory care best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $36.00-$40.00 per hour.
