About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing, including performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.
The RN develops and implements an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs. The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration, plans for and provides resident, family, and caregiver education.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on resident needs
- Administer medications correctly and demonstrate knowledge of their use
- Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong organizational skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care

Pay
RN: $40.56–$44.91 per hour
