About the role
Bridges by EPOCH at Lexington is seeking experienced RNs and LPNs to join their compassionate nursing team. This is a temporary position.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality nursing care to residents in the “neighborhoods” of the community.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities and medication management.
- Participate in shift handovers and ongoing care coordination.
Qualifications
- Nursing License required for RNs and LPNs.
- Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive impact.
