Day shift: 7:00 am–7:00 pm, one shift per week. No pediatric or home care experience required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one patient care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active Illinois nursing license
• Current CPR certification
