RN/LPN 1-2 Nights/Week Day/Night Shifts

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Auxiliary patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

• Active IL NURSING LICENSE
• Current CPR Certification
