RN Long Term Care (LTC) - PRN

About the role

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, deliver, and evaluate care, ensuring alignment with clinical standards and resident needs. Coordinate care, conduct assessments, educate residents, and perform various nursing interventions. May serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Active RN license
