RN Long Term Care (LTC) - Full Time Days

• Coordinate resident care and conduct assessments.
• Provide resident education and implement nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, supporting safe and effective care.
• Operate within the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing codes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license, with multistate licensure if applicable.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.

Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge, delegation skills, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards.
• The role may include serving as charge nurse and providing mentorship to staff.
