About the Role

Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or AHA‑recognized equivalent, or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
