RN, Labor & Delivery - 24 hours, nights
About the Role
Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital and the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. As a Registered Nurse on our Labor & Delivery Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal health care strategies for each patient.
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program (BSN strongly encouraged).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.
Schedule
This is a 24-hour night position, including weekend and holiday rotations.
Pay
The base hourly wage range for this position is $36.00 - $90.14. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, and other applicable pay practices.
