RN Labor and Delivery - Full Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor and Delivery unit to provide exceptional patient care in a reputable medical center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
• Monitor fetal and maternal health, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Support patient education and provide emotional support throughout the childbirth process.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California RN license and BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience, preferably in labor and delivery or obstetrics.
• Additional certifications such as NRP and fire and life safety are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Preferred: National certification in specialty areas.
