Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to lead learning sessions and support clinical development in the Labor & Delivery (L&D) department at an In-Office location in Middleburg Heights, OH.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel experience
• Straight Nights 7p-7:00a EOW and Holiday, float to postpartum as needed
• Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
• BLS, NRP, STABLE required
• NICU/Level II SCN Training preferred
• LOCAL RATE: $2187/wk

Responsibilities

• Deliver nightly RN-led learning sessions to healthcare staff on key clinical topics
• Assess learning needs and customize programs to close skills gaps in nursing staff
• Track learning progress and outcomes using standardized metrics and dashboards
• Facilitate hands-on simulations and practical drills to reinforce competencies
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance
• Collaborate with department leads to align L&D activities with clinical targets
• Document training activities for compliance and accreditation purposes
• Utilize pipelines to forecast training demand and plan resources accordingly
• Support on-site onboarding for new hires and contract staff
• Participate in program evaluation to identify improvements and impact
• Maintain a high-visibility presence in the unit to reinforce accountability
