Job Summary

RN - L&D Day shift, 12 hour shifts, 36 or 48 hours/week. shifts starts around 6:00am and goes to Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary In-Office | Ukiah, CA, United States

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver evidence-based Learning and Development programs for nurses.
• Assess learner needs; design curricula aligned with clinical competency goals.
• Measure training outcomes and track progress against performance KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards in training.
• Cookinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and staff.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions with engaging methods.
• Coach and mentor staff to foster continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize training programs and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of development opportunities within the team.
• Contribute to performance reviews with evidence-based training impact data.

Experience/Qualifications

• RN license with active clinical practice and relevant L&D certification.
• Experience leading evidence-based nursing education programs and curricula design.
• Ability to assess learner needs and map curricula to clinical competency goals.
• Familiarity with regulatory and healthcare training standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
• Strong analytics skills to measure training outcomes and KPI alignment.
• Proven onboarding and orientation program management for new hires.
• Excellent facilitation of live and virtual training sessions with engaging methods.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and personal development with growth trajectory.
• Coaching/mentoring mindset with track record of staff development and succession planning.
• Collaboration with leadership to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
