RN - IV Wellness Clinic Per Diem

Pay

$45/hour base pay. Guaranteed earnings up to $55/hour during your first six months through our Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. Unlimited earning potential after that—many of our RNs earn an additional $15+/hour in tips.

Schedule

This is a per diem position and will be asked to provide 4 weekend days of availability per month. Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Two scheduling options:

• Provide 4 weekday and 2 weekend days of availability per month
• Provide 4 weekend days of availability per month

Locations

Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Ladera Ranch, plus occasional on-call and OC Mobile IV shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities.
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN or diploma in nursing.
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures.
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
