RN - IV Wellness Clinic - Per Diem

Pay

$57/hour base pay. Guaranteed earnings up to $67/hour during your first six months through our Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. Unlimited earning potential after that—many of our RNs earn an additional $15+/hour in tips.

Schedule

This is a per diem position with two scheduling options:

• Provide 4 weekday and 2 weekend days of availability per month
• Provide 4 weekend days of availability per month

Clinic hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Locations

Cow Hollow, Berkeley, Burlingame, Mill Valley clinic locations plus occasional on-call and Mobile IV shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
