Job Purpose

Provide nursing care and sedation support to patients in all Department of Radiology areas performing interventional imaging guided procedures. Assist with staff education related to patient care. Coordinates scheduling of IR cases with providers. This position includes call responsibility.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of NLN accredited school of nursing.
  • Current or Conditional Massachusetts RN license required.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Moderate sedation minimum 2 years required.
  • Procedural nursing experience with moderate sedation (IR preferred) minimum 1 year required.
  • Critical care (ED, ICU, IR) 2-3 years required.

Interventional Radiology service performing a wide range of image guided interventional and vascular procedures.

Benefits
