Jersey College is seeking a Registered Nurse Instructor to join our dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the success of their students.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute care settings.
• Create a supportive and academically enriching environment for students.
• Prepare and submit student progress reports and grade reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records.
• Evaluate student competence based on program philosophy and objectives.
• Implement evaluation tools to measure student learning and clinical experience.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development activities.
• Maintain professional qualifications as a Registered Nurse Instructor through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Current valid State RN license
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience as a Registered Nurse
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
