RN Inpatient, Straight Weekends - ICU

About the role

Facility: Marsh Med Ctr Weston. Location: Weston, WI. Address: 3400 Ministry Pkwy, Weston, WI 54476, USA. Join our high‑performing critical care team as a weekend Option ICU RN, providing advanced evidence‑based care to critically ill patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team focused on clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, using age‑ and population‑specific standards.
• Care for patients across the continuum of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, provide patient education, conduct triage, and carry out various nursing interventions.
• Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice per the state Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs (or multistate licensure if in an NLC state).
• Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.

Pay

Salary range: $35.00 – $48.00 per hour. Eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $25,000.

Schedule

Full‑time position with 36.00 weekly hours; shift varies.
