RN- InPatient Rehab

About the role

Full-time position scheduled for 36 hours per week, including 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotation and holiday commitment. This role is on the 2G unit, a 22-bed unit providing a quality, comprehensive, goal-oriented rehabilitative program for patients with physical and/or cognitive challenges. Our goal is to maximize patients' functional status and achieve the highest possible quality of life upon their return home.

The Registered Nurse is accountable for managing patient care during a designated timeframe, coordinating and evaluating care, teaching, and delegating patient activities to other healthcare team members. Responsibilities include implementing and evaluating the continuum plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, actively supporting and participating in Shared Governance, and promoting organizational commitment to customer service.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Nursing License (Graduate Nurses invited to apply).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
