Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
• Demonstrate positive, compassionate, hardworking attitude; be adaptable, a great communicator, detail‑oriented, and possess excellent time‑management skills.
• Engage in critical thinking and contribute to evidence‑based practice initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtain and maintain any department‑specific competencies and certifications required.

Pay

Salary range: $33.00 – $48.00 per hour. Eligible candidates may receive a $20,000 sign‑on bonus. Additionally, the role includes a straight‑night/straight‑weekend differential of $8.50 per hour.

Schedule

12‑hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday; full‑time position with 36.00 weekly hours.
