RN Inpatient
About the Role
As our Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization, guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions. You will collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, always preparing patients and their families for a successful discharge, whether to home or to another setting for continued care.
Responsibilities

- Administer medications and perform treatments.
- Continuously monitor patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Prepare patients and families for discharge to home or other care settings.
Requirements
- Current WA State RN license.
- One (1) or more years of recent RN experience with acute care patients.
- BLS certification from AHA upon hire.
- Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Pay
$47.12 - $88.77 per hour.
