Responsibilities
- Administer infusions
- Provide direct nursing care
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Administer medication and treatments
- Absess and coordinate patients’ discharge plans
- Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ condition
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Educate patients and their families
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross*
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS American Red Cross certification must be presented upon hire or within first year of employment based on the department service level
- RN is hired into one year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior infusion therapy experience
- Advanced knowledge of chemotherapy medications and protocols

Schedule
Days from 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) scheduled once every 6–7 weeks
