RN - Infusion Clinic - Part Time

Position Overview This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. The nurse coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care based on nursing assessments and interventions.Evaluate and improve care quality and outcomes.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain patient rights and confidentiality at all times.Adhere to organizational standards, mission, and values. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program.Current RN licensure in the relevant state or compact license.Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, PALS) may be needed based on unit requirements.Preferred experience and certifications vary by department.
