Oncology and hematology care

• Aids physicians in providing care to patients with oncology and hematology conditions

Nursing documentation

• Maintains accurate nursing documentation
• Includes patient histories, conditions, treatments, vital signs, responses, and assessment of changes

Responds to patient condition

• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment

Coordination with front office

• Coordinates patient care with front office staff

Medications and treatments

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to protocols

Care prioritization

• Prioritizes care based on physical and psychosocial needs
• Factors influencing patient flow through the system

Patient advocacy

• Serves as a patient advocate

Education and Experience

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
• Field Of Study Nursing [Required]
• 1+ experience in acute care nursing [Required]
• Oncology experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) [Preferred]
