Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to infusion patients. The role requires excellent time‑management skills, the ability to prioritize patient and practice needs, and occasional work in emergent patient‑care situations that demand critical thinking and prompt assessment. Responsibilities include age‑related patient assessment and intervention, scheduling tests and interventions per provider order, and delivering care across the age continuum in the infusion setting. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care, practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, state administrative rules, and the ANA Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA, or equivalent).
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multistate licensure in an NLC state).
• Maintain required department‑specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $32.00 to $48.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (8‑hour day shifts). The position also provides coverage at the Chippewa and Ladysmith Center locations.
