Job Summary
You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, implement patient care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care

- Meticulously implement patient care plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Assess patient/family/S.O. to identify care and educational needs
- Complete ongoing shift assessments on assigned patients
- Assess patient condition at the time of discharge/interfacility transfer
- Complete discharge assessment including continuing care needs, referrals, and documentation of patient understanding
- Supervise LVN's, Nurse Interns, Nurse Aides, Ward Clerks/Monitor Techs
Job Requirements
- One to three (1-3) years of MedSurg/Tele experience
- Registered Nurse: CA RN license
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days

Pay Range
$51.57 - $76.96 /hour
