Facility: W. W. Hastings Hospital, Tahlequah, OK. Address: 100 S Bliss Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464. Department: ICU. Assignment: Travel contract, 13 weeks. Shift: Nights – 3x12s. Hours: 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Unit details: Patient population includes adults and pediatrics; acuity involves acutely ill patients with a wide variety of medical conditions; ICU staffing ratio 2:1, SDU staffing ratio 3:1; medication dispensing via Pyxis; EMR: Cerner; NIHSS required for all RNs/LPNs; pediatric experience required; RN must wear a mask at all times while in the ICU; scrub color: Navy Blue.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Recent ICU experience
• Pediatric experience (required)
• Oklahoma single-state RN license or Compact RN license
• BLS – AHA
• ACLS – AHA
• PALS – AHA
• NIHSS – required
• Must be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric ICU patients

Pay

• Pay rate: $54–$56/hour
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,944–$2,016/week
