RN - House Supervisor-Ganado-AZ-Pay Negotiable

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts.
• Cook up staffing, patient placement, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support nursing staff with clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and patient care issues.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Aid in conflict resolution, patient concerns, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and shift communications.
• Promote quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and safe care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or Compact RN License.
• Current BLS certification required. ACLS preferred or required per facility policy.
• Previous acute care nursing experience with charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
